How quickly can you let my property?
Most of our properties let within two to three weeks. Some go faster, with the right photography and pricing.
What does your fee actually cover?
It depends on the package — Essential covers tenant find and contracts; Managed adds rent collection, repairs and compliance; Premium adds proactive inspections and refurbishment support.
Do you charge renewal fees?
No. We don't charge landlord renewal fees on managed properties. If a tenant stays, we don't bill you again.
Will I have one point of contact?
Yes. Every managed landlord has a named property manager who knows your property end to end.
